Summer is coming upon us quickly….. And people are planning
many events. There are the weddings,
engagements, graduations, communions, Memorial Day parties and Father’s day
barbeques. So many people panic when it
comes to the planning. Most guests are so happy to attend they don’t
realize the stress that the planners may be going through. This is particularly evident when people send
invitations and guest do not respond in a timely manner. There are so many factors that are influenced
by an accurate guest count; how big a tent, how many tables and chairs, dishes
and glasses, how much food to buy and prepare or order, how much wine or beer
or other beverages…..the list goes on and on.
So besides deciding on what will work for you in your calendar, be considerate
and RSVP to your host or hostess by the time they requested.
